1. Introduction and Scope

This document defines your relationship with the 89db platform. These terms apply to every user of the 89db website, mobile app, and online services.

When you create an account on 89db, log in, or start using any service, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to all of these terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, bank account, or device is not allowed. If multiple accounts are detected, they may be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms. If a discrepancy is found during verification at any later stage, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be put on hold.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the 89db support team immediately.

4. Age and Identity Verification

89db is open only to individuals aged 21 or above. Age must be confirmed at the time of registration, and the platform may request a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any stage.

Withdrawals above a certain amount will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Once verification is done, withdrawals will proceed normally.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.3 Processing Time

Funds that have already been used in bets cannot be returned. Only unused deposits (where no bets have been placed) may be requested for a refund under certain conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000 — and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period. Once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus will not become available until the conditions of the current one are met.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• 89db reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Compliance with these limits is mandatory.

7.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is shown due to a server or software error, 89db reserves the right to void or correct that bet. Any winnings arising from a system error will not be paid out.

7.3 Disconnections

• Logging into another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing or aggressive behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or network.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by 89db

In the event of a terms violation, or for security reasons, 89db may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The reason for closure will be communicated in writing by email.

9.2 Closure at the Member's Request

You may contact the 89db support team at any time to request closure of your account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If someone wishes to take a temporary or long-term break on their own initiative, they may follow the self-exclusion process described on the Responsible Gaming page.

10. Mobile App

The 89db Android (APK) and iOS mobile apps are available through official channels. The same terms and conditions apply when using the app.

Using an app downloaded from a third-party source may put your device and account security at risk — 89db will not be responsible for this. The app should only be downloaded from the designated official source.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
